Belfast City Online, hereafter referred to as the “Belfast Portal Website”, is managed by Belfast City Council, hereafter referred to as “The Council”. In entering the site you, hereafter referred to as “You”, accept The Council’s terms and conditions.
Using the Belfast Portal Website
The Belfast Portal Website is maintained for Your personal use and viewing. When You visit, access and use the Belfast Portal Website, Your usage constitutes Your acceptance of The Council’s terms and conditions. GENERAL
The Council accepts no liability for any failure to comply with these terms and conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond The Council’s reasonable control.
