Labour Relations Agency
The Labour Relations Agency (LRA) is responsible for promoting good employment relations in Northern Ireland. Independent of government, LRA is funded by the Department for Employment and Learning for Northern Ireland (DELNI).
LRA advises employers and employees working in commerce, industry and the public services. Advice is confidential and impartial.
LRA's services include the provision of advice on
rights, good employment practices and assistance with the development and implementation of employment policies and procedures. LRA also supports the resolution of disputes through its conciliation, mediation and arbitration services.
