Which Grant Should I Apply For?

Renovation Grant

For the improvement of homes which have been been inspected and found to be unfit to live in, or a home that is presently fit to live in but which will become unfit if repairs are not carried out.

Disabled Facilities Grant

To provide adaptations to make it easier for a person with a disability to continue living in their home.

Group Repair Scheme

This grant is targeted at householders living in terraced houses, so that they can jointly apply to have the outside of the houses improved.

Home Repair Assistance Grant

A grant available to anyone eligible to carry out small-scale work.

Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) Grant

For the improvement and/or repair of Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs), and for the conversion of buildings into HMOs in selected town centre areas.

Repair Grant

A grant which is available to landlords, agents and tenants towards the cost of repairing houses following the issue of statutory notices by the local council.

Replacement Grant

For the replacement of homes in rural areas which have been deemed unfit to live in.
