PEACE III programme

We have been awarded £6.3 million under priority 1.1 of the EU PEACE III Programme. This programme supports peace and reconciliation and runs from 2008 to 2010.

Good Relations Partnership

We have created a Good Relations Partnership whose members are responsible for managing and administering the funding.

Allocation of EU PEACE III funds

We have set up a Good relations Partnership which will be responsible for allocating funding from the Peace Plan to a range of groups and organisations in Belfast.

The four main themes for funding are:

• shared city space
• transforming contested space
• shared cultural space
• shared organisational space
